Account & Login Information: Username, password, device ID (IMEI/Android ID/iOS Identifier) for account security and single-login enforcement.
Transaction & Order Data: Orders placed, product selections, invoices, billing details, order history, and records of interactions with salespersons, retailers, and dispatch/delivery personnel.

Location Data (Salesman Profile Only): GPS-based location of salespersons for route verification and client visit tracking. This does not apply to retailers, super admins, or dispatch profiles.
Media Data: Images of products, invoices, shop logos, or delivery proofs that you upload or share through the app.
Device & Technical Data: Device model, operating system, IP address, app usage logs, crash reports, and interactions with features.
Usage Data: Information about how you use our app, including activity logs, frequency of usage, and preferences.

            We do NOT collect payment data, sensitive personal SMS data, OTPs, or banking credentials.
        

How We Collect Your Data

Information you provide directly: Data submitted during registration, profile updates, placing orders, uploading catalogs, or contacting us for support.
Information collected automatically: Device identifiers, app usage statistics, crash logs, and (where applicable) salesman location data.
