Welcome to Super Sajawat. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App") and associated services. By accessing or using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. User Accounts

• To access certain features, you may be required to register and create an account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. User Roles

• Salesman / Company Salesman – Manage orders, update catalog details, and view assigned retailer information.
• Retailer – Browse products, place orders, and track deliveries.
• Dispatch/Delivery Personnel – Update dispatch status and confirm deliveries.
• Super Admin (Dashboard) – Manages users, product catalog, and order flow.

3. Use of the App

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not use the App in a way that:
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Interferes with the proper working of the App.
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to data, accounts, or systems.

4. Orders & Transactions

• All product orders are placed directly between retailers and the company.
• Prices, availability, and product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice.
• Super Sajawat does not process payments; all payments are handled offline between company and retailer.

5. Data & Privacy

• Location data is collected only for the Salesman profile to optimize order and delivery tracking.
• No payment data is collected within the App.
• Your data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, and materials provided in the App are owned by or licensed to Super Sajawat.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
• Super Sajawat is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.

9. Amendments

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
